2011’s CHRISTMAS ALBUM FROM ELLEN BØDTKER and SØLVGUTTENE is a rich colored music work for solo harp and mixed choir with the strong message of piece and love. Music composed by Bjoern KRUSE, with lyrics from old Latin hymns, the Tora and the Koran. LARS SAABYE CHRISTENSEN has written the text that comments the lyrics from the old Latin hymns and Obamas speech in Cairo.

The world premiere of Pacem was at the Oslo City Hall in October 2011
The idea with this album was to accive a new piece for solo harp and choir to perform in the christmas season as a comment the the famous Benjamin Britten “Ceremony of Carols”. Pacem can be performed both for mixed choir and children choir.
